Organizations
Split your workspace into organizations that hold engagements, and switch between them.
Overview
An organization is a grouping inside your PENOPS workspace that holds engagements. Use organizations to separate business units, subsidiaries or customers, and to give people access to some of them but not others.
Every workspace starts with a default organization, which cannot be deleted. You can add as many organizations as you need.
Switch organization
- Open the organization switcher at the top of the sidebar.
- Search with Search by organization name... if you have many.
- Choose an organization to scope the app to it, or All Organizations to see everything you can reach.
The switcher lists only the organizations you have access to. If you hold a permission on a single engagement, you see that engagement's organization, but only that engagement within it.
Create an organization
- In the organization switcher, click Go to all organizations →.
- Click Create organization.
- Enter an Organization name of 3 to 100 characters, for example
Globex Corporation. - Click Create.
The organizations list shows each Organization, its number of Engagements and when it was Created. Use Search organizations... to filter it.
