Sign up and onboarding
Create your PENOPS workspace, choose your data region and sign in.
Overview
Your company's PENOPS account is a workspace. Signing up creates the workspace, and you become its first owner. Each workspace has a short Workspace ID (for example acme-corp), which you also enter when you sign in.
A person belongs to one workspace. To bring in colleagues after sign-up, invite them from the Team page. See Team and permissions.

- Go to the sign-up page and click Sign up.
- Create your account on the sign-in screen that opens, with a password or one of the offered sign-in options.
- If you see Confirm your email, open the link in the email PENOPS sent you. The page continues on its own once your email is confirmed.
Set up your workspace
Onboarding has three steps.
- Company. Enter your Company name (at least 3 characters), a Workspace ID, the Number of employees and your Industry. The Workspace ID uses lowercase letters, digits,
-and_, starts with a letter or digit, is at most 50 characters, and is checked for availability as you type. - Region. PENOPS assigns a data region automatically. If privacy law requires your data to be processed elsewhere, tick the box and pick a Data region.
- Confirm. Review the company name, employees, industry, Workspace ID and data region, then click Complete setup.
Choose the data region carefully
You cannot change the data region after onboarding.
Next, connect what you want tested and create your first engagement. See Your first engagement.
